Precision Turning
We manufacture precision turned small parts in small and medium production runs using state-of-the-art CNC lathes
An Industry 4.0 Production System
We manufacture precision turned small parts from 3 to 80 mm in stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, and plastics. Upon request, we also carry out secondary operations up to 250–300 mm. Sample batches start from 50–100 pieces and can reach up to 20,000 units, supported by a machine park of 30 CNC machines, including fixed-headstock, sliding-headstock, and multitasking lathes.
Our Industry 4.0 production system, integrated with CAD/CAM software, ensures full traceability throughout the machining process. Quality is certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards and verified in our metrology room through accurate inspections.
Our CNC Turning Machine Park
18 Fixed-Headstock Lathes
We use fixed-headstock lathes, ideal for machining medium-small diameter parts with limited lengths. This process ensures rigidity and precision and is particularly suited for repetitive production of precision small components.
8 Sliding-Headstock Lathes
Our machine shop is equipped with sliding-headstock lathes, enabling highly precise machining of small parts. Thanks to fast and continuous cycles, they are especially suitable for producing long, slender components in large quantities.
1 Multitasking Lathe
Our multitasking lathe allows us to combine turning and milling in a single production cycle. This reduces processing time, intermediate steps, and potential errors, increasing productivity and flexibility for more complex machining operations.
Our Materials for Precision Engineering
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel ensures high corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical performance. It is ideal for components intended for industries that require reliability, long-term durability, and hygiene, such as marine, winemaking, and food processing.
Aluminum Alloys
Aluminum alloys combine lightness and strength, enabling the production of easy-to-machine mechanical parts with an excellent weight-to-performance ratio. They are particularly suitable for the automation, furniture, and lighting sectors.
Brass
Brass offers excellent machinability and good corrosion resistance, along with an attractive aesthetic finish. It is the ideal choice for decorative or functional components in furniture, lighting, and professional kitchen applications.
Plastics
Plastics allow for the production of versatile, lightweight, and wear-resistant components with excellent insulating properties. They are particularly suited to sectors such as automation, hydraulics, and general mechanical engineering, where precision and practicality are essential.
